New Feature: Notes!

We are happy to announce that we have added a new feature called Notes in the Reports section of the application. With this feature you will be able to make notes against each call you receive in your Call Detail & Itemized Call Detail Reports.

Please do let us know if the feature is helpful. Your feedback is very valuable for us. Watch out for several new handy features we plan to introduce in the coming weeks.

New Feature: Reporting for customized demographic areas!

Now not only can you view graphical reports for zip codes but you can define / group zip codes into customized areas and plot these areas on the reports.

For example you can define customized areas like downtown, business district etc. Assign your set of zip codes to these areas and plot them on the graphs.

Recovering from Hurricane Katrina

AdSpector's corporate headquarters was based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. Due to the extensive damages caused by hurricane Katrina, we are relocating our office temporarily to Houston.

Management and Staff
The hurricane has disrupted the lives of our management team and staff. They and their families have experienced immense personal loss and are having to rebuild their lives in new locations. They worked very hard to get their personal lives in order and have AdSpector operational activities not be degraded.

Operations
Our disaster recovery plan was fully tested and we are happy to report that the business is as usual. All calls made to our assigned (Call Measurement Numbers) have been forwarding continually without interruptions and all call records have been captured for all calls made to these numbers. Our technology staff is working very hard to get the website up and running.

Contacting AdSpector People
The telecom infrastructure for both land lines and to some extent wireless has been impacted by the hurricane, causing some difficulty in accessing by phone. We hope to have new phone numbers in due course; in the meantime we would suggest that we stay connected by email.
